Rental Description

Dream Hills is part of the Orihuela Costa, just south of Torrevieja. It is ideally located for beaches, shops and bars at Los Altos, Punta Prima, Playa Flamenca, Cabo Roig and La Zenia

Within a short 15 minute walk there are two commercial centres (Via Park III and Via Park V) that are home to shops, bars and restaurants.

Supermarkets are also plentiful with no less than 5 within a 5 minute drive, including an Aldi. There are also smaller shops at both Via Park III and V

This quad type house is situated in the Dream Hills Los Altos/Lago Sol area of Torrevieja.

The larger 'Punta Marina' centre is a 5 minute drive with the town of Torrevieja a further 5 minute drive. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca are also just a five minute drive.The urbanisation is serviced by an hourly bus route,which includes Playa Flamenca and La Zenia among its destinations.

The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs shower room so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style). Within 10-15 min walk there are two communal pools to chose from

All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, iron, ironing board and washing machine. There are 2 solarium's, one off the main bedroom and one on the roof with sun loungers, for all day sunshine! There is English TV available in the lounge and complimentary Wi Fi. There are air con units in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and in the lounge downstairs

The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin and toilet. The other cloakroom is situated on the ground floor and has a shower and toilet and washbasin. There are two communal pools available for guests use within a 5 -10 min walk from the accommodation.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract

Please ask for competitive winter rates, with a solarium this is great for winter sun!

Please note cleaning charges and being met at the property with the keys are included in the price. There is a small surcharge for parties over 6 .

A booking deposit of 25% is required to reserve and the balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Changeover days are negotiable depending on existing reservations, midweek bookings accepted. Any evidence of smoking anywhere within the property will result in the forfeit of the damage deposit. Car hire is not essential, airport transfers can be arranged from either Murcia or Alicante airport. A damage and key deposit of £200/250euros is required and will be returned after satisfactory inspection of the property. Payment may be made by personal cheque, bank transfer,or we can offer secure credit/debit card payments.There is a small charge payable locally for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00 – 8 am.
