Full Description: Situated in the beautiful seaside town of Torrevieja with lots of lovely Blue Flag award winning beaches these two 3 bedroomed semi-detached houses are next door to each other. Each can sleep 8 so 16 friends and family can holiday together but be in their own house.They have lovely south facing patios which overlook a large communal pool & gardens with childrens section.This makes the houses & pool area very child friendly as they can be watched from the patio and entry is only through a locked pool gate.The houses can be rented together or separately. Restaurants, bars ,supermarkets and the Aquapark are all in within walking distance so car hire is not essentail
The houses are fully tiled and are decorated and furnished to a high standard. All the patios have tables, chairs ,sunbeds, parasols, BBQs. The lounge is large and airy with a marble staircase, celing fans and electric radiators. It has Sky television,a Dvd Player, stereo ,Cd Player and selection of Cds & Dvds
The bedrooms are all light and sunny.The main double bedroom has patio doors leading to a balcony which is furnished with tables & chairs ,great for a leisurely morning coffee watching the sun rise! The Sunny second twin bedded room is south facing and overlooks the pool and gardens.The third bedroom is downstairs, south facing and overlooks the patio & pool areas. There is a cloakroom with toilet ,vanity basin & mirror next to this bedroom
