This 2-bedroom ground floor terraced bungalow is located on the well-established residential urbanisation of La Siesta, 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia Airports, 2.5 miles from the centre of Torrevieja and its beaches, 3 miles from La Mata Beach and within walking distance from La Mata "Natural Park" and the salt lake
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom and a single bedroom with bunk beds. It is fully furnished with hot/cold air-con,sky TV and is within walking distance to local amenities so car hire is not essential. There is a shower room and WC.
The Flamingo Aqua park is situated on the urbanisation and is within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It is smart well supervised and ideal for the younger children. (See photo). Many of the bars and restaurants have entertainment most evenings in high season . The newly opened Habaneras shopping Centre, a much larger Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and a new impressive Sports Complex are all close by. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. You are a 15-30 minutes drive from the 4 main local golf courses at Villa Martin, Ciudad Quesada, Campoamor and Ramblas de Orihuela. Banks to change money are located on the entrance to La Siesta and also on St. Luis square. There is also a new English Smartprice shop here, although La Siesta square does have 3 spanish shops selling english products.
