The apartments of Jardines de Alhama Golf Resort in the Murcia area are carefully integrated within a luxurious garden, amid various parklands. The properties have a traditional Mediterranean architecture with a whitewash style.
The extensive open areas give ample space in which to walk and enjoy nature. Only cycle lanes and pedestrian paths run through the resort thereby maintaining the peace and quiet.
This property is a 2 bedroom first floor apartment with a large sunny roof terrace. It has two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One has a double bed, and the second is twin bedded. The property has a larger than normal living area. It has a fully fitted kitchen/dining/lounge area with a ceramic hob, oven and a washing machine. The main living area has a wall mounted airconditioning/heating unit installed.
A flatscreen TV and DVD player are provided.Please bring your own DVD's.
At the front of the property is a small patio for sitting outside. Patio furniture consisting of a table and four chairs is provided.
This property also benefits from a staircase at the front which leads to a sun terrace which covers the whole of the roof area. A large communal swimming pool and childrens pool are provided. There is also childrens play furniture in the childrens play area.
The first 18 hole golf course is now open at Polaris world it is designed by Jack Nicholas and is open 365 days a year. The cost for guests will be the same as if they were owners. The cost will be 45 euros a round. At the moment you can play after 3p.m. for 30 euros a round. . There are also football pitches and tennis courts available. To play golf you must provide your handicap certificate. There is professional tuition and a driving range are available.
The site now has a pro golf shop where you book to play golf, an Irish bar and two restaurants. These facilities plus the new big supermarket are an easy 10 minute flat walk away.
The site is approximately 35-40 minutes from San Javier airport. The nearest beaches are at Puerto de Mazzaron which is a 20 minute drive away. Shops, restaurants bars etc are also there. The nearest shopping complex is at Camposol which is 5 minutes by car.
