This fully furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom 2nd floor apartment is spacious and airy. It is located close to restaurants, bars, and shops. It is perfect for a golfing or beach holiday and ideally placed for motorway access for further exploring of the wonderful Costa Blanca.
The apartment has two twin bedrooms both with built in wardrobes. One bedroom has French doors that lead into a small terrace. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The spacious lounge diner has Spanish TV and music centre. Patio doors lead from the lounge area to a terrace, with table and chairs. There is a sofa bed available for extra guests. The bathroom is fully tiled with sink, mirror, and bath with shower over, toilet and bidet.
The American kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, fridge-freezer and microwave. Sufficient cookware, crockery etc are provided. There is also a utility room containing a washing machine.
The prices per week include clean and laundry. These rates are for up to 4 guests. Additional guests will be charged at £25 per week. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems. £75 deposit required with booking. Balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.
