The villa is on two floors and can sleep up to six people. Beautiful blue flag beaches are a 10 minute drive, whilst the bars and restaurants of the La Fuente Commercial centre are a five minute drive or 20 minute walk.
The front of the property has a nice terrace with table & chairs and a small garden that leads to the communal gardens and pool.
The ground floor consists of spacious lounge dining area with air conditioning, English Satellite television, DVD Player, American style kitchen/utility area with all the usual appliances including dishwasher and sufficient crockery and cookware. One double bedroom with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, French doors leading to the back terrace with table and chairs. This is an ideal spot for the evening sun and overlooks the lovely Rambla. The downstairs twin bedroom has fitted wardrobes. The bathroom is fully tiled with vanity unit and mirror, toilet, bidet, bath with shower over.
The first floor has a double bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioning and fully tiled en-suite shower room. There is also access from this bedroom to the solarium with bbq, sun canopy,sun beds, table & chairs. There is also a drinks fridge/freezer at this level.
All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The prices per week include clean and laundry. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems.
