There is a large balcony for outside dining, also a very large roof patio with stunning sea views and over the town of Torrevieja. A hire car is recommended but not essential as many amenities are a short walk away.
The apartment is tasteful and comfortable, with one double and one twin bedrooms plus a double bed-settee in the lounge. It is air conditioned.The lounge is fully furnished with:- dining table, 4 chairs, 3 piece suite etc. There is also a TV with 30 English channels including Sports One & Two & Three
The patio doors lead to the large balcony, also furnished with table, chairs and a large sun awning.
The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The bathroom is also fully equipped with power shower cubical, vanity unit, and washing machine.
The outside stairs take you up to a very large roof solarium, also furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs, ideal for serious sunbathers. The swimming pool is only a few feet away and in full view from the apartment.
The apartment enjoys a great location as the coves and blue flag beaches are only a short walk away,as are the local supermarkets and restaurants. The main town with all its amenities and markets is about a 20 minute walk.
The apartment comes with all house linen and towels supplied (please bring your own beach towels). There is a cleaning charge of £40 per letting. A deposit of £60 is required at the time of booking, the balance will be due 60 days prior to your holiday.
