Full Description: San Miguel de Salinas is only 15 minutes from the blue flag Mediterranean beaches and 5 minutes from the golf courses of Campoamor and Las Ramblas.

The typical Spanish town of San Miguel de Salinas is within walking distance of great friendly restaurants, bars and a variety of local shops.

This two bed roomed third floor apartment offers magnificent views across the orange groves from whence the urbanization gets its name, to the Salt Lakes – Las Salinas and the Mediterranean.

There is a large communal pool set in a beautiful secure landscaped garden with palm trees also a large roof solarium where you can just sit and relax in the warm sunshine.

The apartment is equipped with a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, fridge, cooker and hob, toaster, cooking equipment including crockery and glass ware. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and in both bedrooms and the property is also air conditioned. There is a terrace with table and chairs for those warm evenings to enjoy a glass of wine.

The town market is on a Wednesday morning and it has everything imaginable from shoes to olives.

With an average of 300 days sunshine per year, winter temperatures rarely below 12 degrees and sunny, this area is perfect for holidaying all year round.

All prices include bed linen and bath towels, please bring your own beach towels.The booking depoosit is 30%. The Balance is payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £250 is required to cover any possible breakages. A cleaning fee of £45/50 euros is payable separately
