Full Description: El Campello is a small town on the Costa Blanca of Spain, within the region of Valencia near Alicante city being only 11 kilometers heading north on the N-332. It is a 15 minute drive in the car from Alicante City and 20 minutes drive from Alicante airport.
In Campello you can board the narrow gauge railway, which leads you on a romantic train ride to the north to Denia and Calpe via Benidorm. El Campello is also the starting point of the new Alicante Streetcar (called Tram), bringing you directly to Alicante City.
This is a 3 bed room fully furnished first floor air conditoned apartment situated right in the heart of El Campello. Campello offers a good selections of restaurants, shops tapas bars and internet cafes. There is even an English bar, Chinese restaurant and an Irish pub in the vicinity.The beach is only a 2 minute walk away. At peak season this area can get quite busy but quieter in low season. The theme parks of Terra Mitica, Mundomar, Aqualandia and Terra Natura are a 40 min drive away. Also 15 minutes away by car is the Bonalba Golf & Spa Resort which has a magnificent 18 hole par 72 course The impressive spa consist of a pool set in tropical gardens has a gently sloping beach entry with an inner cave, waterfall, a slide and jacuzzi, and a separate section for children
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people - 1 double bedroom and 2 twins. It is right in the centre of town so not suitable for people who want absolute tranquility. The lounge/dining room has a dining table which can seat up to 6 people, 1 sofa, easy chairs and a rocking chair, a television, portable radio and CD player, record player and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, and washing machine.
The Master bedroom is en-suite with shower in the bath, wc, bidet and washbasin. The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and one with standing hanging wardrobe. The main bathroom has a shower in the bath, wc, bidet and washbasin.
Clean, bedlinen and towels are included but please bring your own beach towels
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. Please add 45euros for departure cleaning charge payable to representative in Spain
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract.
