Full Description: Situated in the residential area of Lago Sol this house is ideally placed for holiday accommodation. The Via Park commercial centre with a good selection of restaurants, bars and shops is just a few minutes walk. The larger ‘Punta Marina’ centre is a 5 minute drive with the town of Torrevieja a further 5 minute drive. The beautiful beaches of the Costa Blanca are also just a 5 minute drive. The communal pool is a few minutes walk from the accommodation.
The house has a large tiled area to the front of the property with access for off road parking. A small front terrace leads in to the lounge area which is well furnished with sofas, dining table & chairs and satellite television. (Some English channels). There is a separate kitchen which is well equipped. There is a shower room & toilet down stairs as well as a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes. There is air conditioning both downstairs and upstairs and there are ceiling fans in all rooms.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over. The double bedroom has patio door to a terrace area. There are further stairs up to the solarium which has views of the sea as well as the salt lakes & countryside. All beds will be freshly made up for your arrival and towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
The prices per week include clean and laundry. Airport transfers can be provided on request. Local contact telephone numbers will be provided for you, should you have any problems.
£150 deposit required with booking. Balance payable 2 weeks before arrival.

The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
