This lovely semi detached villa is located in a quiet Cul de Sac on the outskirts of Torrevieja, Jardin del Mar , approximately 30 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports.
Jardin del Mar is in a complex of villas with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 min's drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 and is available for either short or long term holiday lets throughout the year.
The large communal pool is for residents only and accessed by a key.
It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the villa. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance. This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches.
The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double and two twins, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge. One twin bedroom is located on the ground floor next to the downstairs cloakroom so ideal for guests who may have mobility problems. It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) We can supply any nursery equipment needed i.e cot, high chair, just let us know your requirements! Parking is right outside the villa.
The lounge has 2 sofas along with a television with English TV and a DVD player. Wi Fi is available, please ask for details.
For your comfort ceiling fans are fitted in all rooms. There is air conditioning in the lounge and in the main bedroom.
All of the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. Bed linen is provided at no additional cost. There is a hairdryer available
The separate kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, food processor, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the side of the villa there is a patio area for al fresco dining and a BBQ. There are 2 solariums, one off the main bedroom and one on the roof with sun loungers, for all day sunshine!
The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and bidet. The other cloakroom is situated on the ground floor and has a shower.
The rates below include all utility bills, your departure clean and being met at the property with the keys (Though for departures/arrivals between the hours of 23.00– 7 am there is a charge of 10 euros payable locally) These prices are for up to 6 people, guests over this number are charged at £50 per week (up to 8)
