Located between the two salt lakes Jardin del Mar is in a complex of houses and 2 storey apartments, with designated pool areas, situated approx 5 mins drive from Torrevieja town centre and beaches and about 30 miles from either Alicante or Murcia Airport. The Aqua Park is a walk away as is Carrefour and the Habanaras shopping centre. It is also ideally placed for a short golf break with four courses all within a 20 minute drive of the apartment. There are bars, restaurants, two supermarkets, the Habaneras shopping Centre, an Aqua-park, Bowling Alley and Sports Complex all within walking distance.
This is a popular area close to salt lakes and nature parks, suitable for walking and cycling. There is a bus stop nearby with a regular bus service to the town centre and blue flag beaches. Whilst we would recommend a car while holidaying in this area to get the most out of your stay it would not be a necessity as everything you need is within walking distance.
This property is a 3 bedroom south facing upstairs apartment with a large roof top solarium. The accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, one double, one twin, one single and one bathroom (with shower). Fans are added for your comfort. In the lounge there is a DVD player, Spanish TV, games, jigsaws and a selection of books. A cot can be supplied if needed.
It has a fully equipped separate kitchen (Not American style) with washing machine, microwave and iron. The apartment is just 30 minutes from both Alicante and Murcia airport (airport pick-ups can be arranged). Its southern aspect also makes this a warm apartment for winter rentals as well as a total sun-trap for all you sun seekers out there! All linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels

25% is needed for the booking deposit and the balance can be paid as cash on arrival in euros. There is a 150euro refundable security deposit payable in cash on arrival (refunded on satisfactory vacation of the property)
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract.
