The beaches have beach bars where you can obtain snacks and refreshments. Within a ten minute drive you have the choice of four golf courses
The apartment is part of the Bella Vista IV community which is situated in mature gardens of a residential development overlooking the swimming pool and benefits from a south facing balcony within a gated complex.
The apartment enjoys seaviews from a rear balcony and pool views from a larger balcony with access into a larger than usual living area. This is echoed in the two twin bedded bedrooms which are light and airy with their own storage units. (One can be made up as a double bed).The two bathrooms compliment this attractive apartment AND to make your holiday complete there is the bonus of being able to choose from 3 seperate communal swimming pools! There is a local cleaning and meet/greet charge of 65euros per booking.
(For departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally) Airport transfers can be arranged if needed.
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
