Full Description: This three bedroom quad house sleeping up to 8 people is in Los Altos, near to popular Punta Prima and 4km away from the main town of Torrevieja. You can fly into either Alicante or Murcia airports. It is approximately 5 mins drive to lovely beaches, one being La Zenia. There are 4 championship golf courses within easy reach by car.
It is suitable for golfers, families and couples. All amenities such as bars restaurants and supermarkets are within a 5 mins walk. There are 2 gated communal pools surrounded by grass making it a nice area for both the children to enjoy as well as relaxing for the parents.
This holiday home has 3 bedrooms.
The main bedroom on the 1st floor has a double bed, built in wardrobes and patio doors on to the solarium.Bedroom 2 is a twin room, also on the 1st floor and again has built in wardrobes.Bedroom 3 is a single bedroom on the ground floor and can be used by those people who may have difficulties climbing too many steps.
Living Area
The front door leads directly into the living area where you will find the sofa bed with a pullout bed underneath. There is a TV with English TV and a DVD/MP3 player with a small selection of DVDS. There are books and games available. The dining table has 8 chairs.
Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a hob and oven, fridgefreezer, washing machine, kettle, and all the usual kitchen equipment. There is also an ironing board and iron. There is a back door in the kitchen which leads to some steps and takes you into the garden.
Bathroom 1 is on the first floor and has a bath and an overhead shower along with a bidet, toilet and sink.
Shower room
The shower room is on the ground floor and has a large shower along with toilet and hand basin.
Roof terrace/solarium
The roof terrace is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the evenings along with a glass of wine. Or in the day it can be used to sunbathe.
Linen and towels except beach towels are included.
