The patio doors lead to the large balcony, also furnished with table, chairs and a large sun awning.
The fully equipped kitchen has cooker, hob, fridge/freezer etc. The bathroom is also fully equipped with power shower cubical, vanity unit, and washing machine.
The outside stairs take you up to a very large roof solarium, also furnished with sunbeds, table and chairs, ideal for serious sunbathers. The swimming pool is only a few feet away and in full view from the apartment.
The apartment enjoys a great location as the coves and blue flag beaches are only a short walk away,as are the local supermarkets and restaurants. The main town with all its amenities and markets is about a 20 minute walk.
The apartment comes with all house linen and towels supplied (please bring your own beach towels). There is a cleaning charge of £40 per letting. A deposit of £60 is required at the time of booking, the balance will be due 60 days prior to your holiday.
