Full Description: Playa Flamenca is a beautiful residential area near to all the required holiday facilities, e.g. blue flag beaches, championship golf courses, tennis, water sport, aqua parks and go-carting. Sightseers can choose from the nearby historic cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Alicante or the pretty palm tree forest town of Elche. The town of Torrevieja with its long beach front promenade, excellent shopping, cafes, largest market in southern Spain and nightlife is just a short drive away. Playa Flamenca is every golfer's Mediterranean dream, with 3 beautiful championship courses of international prestige within a very short drive.
The Flamenca beach commercial centre with restaurants bars etc is a ten minute walk away, while the actual beach is a fifteen to twenty minutes walk. There are also three restaurants and one bar just five minutes walk away (chinese, italian and indian). A local bus service is provided in the summer months.
This is a fabulous 2 bedroom ground floor quad apartment in a secure gated complex and is available for long or short term rental. It comprises of two bedrooms, one double and one twin with a sofa bed in the lounge. The lounge has an English and International TV with some 250 channels and a DVD player. The pool is right next to the property so not far to walk! Outside on the south facing patio there are sun loungers and a BBQ for your use.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, hob, oven, toaster, iron, ironing board and washing machine. At the back of the kitchen there is an outside utility area for drying clothes etc.The bathroom is fully tiled and comprises a full size bath with shower over, vanity basin, toilet and bidet.
Please note cleaning charges (based on two people sharing, 5euros for each additional person), and being met at the property with the keys are included in the prices below. Air-con is available as an optional extra.
