Positioned on the 3rd floor of this 3 storey apartment block with lift, there is also a communal pool with gardens. The beach is a 10 minute walk away.
The bathroom is fully tiled with double sink vanity unit with large mirror, shower cubicle and toilet.
The separate kitchen has the benefit of a utility room containing washing machine, water heater and microwave. The kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Sufficient cookware, crockery etc are provided.
