Full Description: This is a ground floor apartment located between the old town of San Miguel and the market town of Los Montesinos on a new and very popular development set amongst orange groves. It is very centrally located for Mar Menor, La Manga, Alicante, Benidorm, and the mountains inland. The nearest golf course is approximately 6km and Torrevieja with all the supermarkets and shopping precincts, night life, beaches are a 15 mins drive away.
The apartment comfortably sleeps 6 people in one twin room and one double room with a sofa bed in the lounge. There is a separate fully equipped kitchen (not american style) and a shared communal pool.
A number of shops and restaurant-type facilities are currently under construction so for the moment a car is recommended. The town of Torrevieja is a 15 min drive away and the same to the nearest beaches, you will find yourself spoiled for choice with more than 23 sandy beaches in the area. They have all been awarded the triple European Blue Flag.
Payable on arrival 30€ cleaning for one bedroom used, 35€ for two bedrooms used and 50€ for all bedrooms used plus sofa bed in lounge
