Full Description: Colina Real at Guardamar is a secure gated complex in the peaceful southern area of the Costa Blanca just 20 minutes by car from Alicante airport, or 35 minutes from Murcia airport, in the idyllic Spanish town of Guardamar del Segura, Costa Blanca.
This 2 bedroom luxury apartment has everything for the ideal holiday on the Costa Blanca (the white coast) in Southern Spain. Colina Real is situated on the Eden development, which is on the outskirts of the town of Guardamar del Segura. It is within easy reach of the many beaches, golf courses and other attractions the Costa Blanca has to offer.
At the entrance to the Eden Urb. is a mini market with drinks, food and a bar. There is also a Malaysian restaurant and a Tapas bar.
There is a local bus stop close to the complex which takes you to the town and beaches of Guardamar and links you to the main bus station, but the best way to explore the Costa Blanca is by renting a car and having the freedom to travel at your own pace. Should you decide to hire a car there is secure garage space on the complex.
The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard, it has a large lounge/dining room, separate kitchen with utility room complete with washer and tumble drier, separate large bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedded room. There is a large balcony overlooking the excellent pool area and there is full integrated air-conditioning to every room. The development has facilities for the disabled. There is a sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests.
There is a pub, restaurant and cafe within walking distance and a larger supermarket within a 5 min drive. One window over looks the pool and the other has views to die for! (Quote from a former guest!)

£150 per week - Jan, Feb, Mar & Dec.
£180 per week - April & Nov.
£200 per week - May & Oct.
£260 per week - June & Sept.
£325 per week - July & Aug.
NO SMOKING IS PERMITTED INSIDE THE PROPERTY. Smoking on the terrace only, please. For departures/arrivals between the hours of midnight – 6 am there is a charge of 20 euros payable locally
There is a local cleaning and meet/greet charge of 65euros per booking
The owner reserves the right to decline bookings of single sex groups but they may be considered in some circumstances with prior consent of the owner. It is preferable the lead party member is over 25 years of age, if they are not, again with prior consent of the owner, a booking can be made with a parental guarantor signed contract
