We do not charge for owners to advertise their properties on this web site

However, we do operate a 10% commission system, whereby if an enquiry comes through for your property we would pass the client directly on to you and give them your contact details. If the client subsequently books your property, we would expect a 10% payment of the total rental charged to be paid to us immediately after the reservation deposit payment from the client had cleared.

We ask for at least 2 or 3 photos and a full, accurate, description of the property and surrounding area and local facilities, along with any additional charges for departure clean etc.

YOU set the rental price so you can always achieve the exact rental fee even after paying the 10% commission. We make no promises about being able to “rent your property out all year round”, all we can promise to do is put compatible properties forward to match our clients’ requirements.
